What is the MAC box office's phone number and hours?

and open two hours prior to ticketed performances.

Which credit cards are accepted?
The Box Office accepts Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and Discover.
What is a MAC Pack?
A MAC Pack is a subscription package.
Pick THREE or FOUR events and save 10%
Pick FIVE, SIX or SEVEN events and save 15%
Pick EIGHT or MORE events and save 20%

Is it possible to buy tickets in groups?
Are there handling fees for purchases?
For subscribers, there is a one-time handling fee. For individual events there is one handling fee for each separate order.
Are gift certificates available?
Gift certificates are available in any denomination and do not expire. Learn more here.
Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
The MAC has a no-refund policy as all sales are final. Exchanges are limited and subject to a $5 exchange fee per ticket.
Do children need tickets to events?
Yes, everyone entering the theater must have a ticket regardless of age.
Are donations accepted?
Absolutely! A donation of $50 or more will make you a Friend of the MAC and provide you with annual benefits including discounted tickets, advance notice of coming attractions and free ticket exchanges.

Planning Your Visit

Where is the MAC located?
425 Fawell Blvd., Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Visit the College of DuPage website for maps and directions.
Where is the Lakeside Pavilion located?
The Lakeside Pavilion is adjacent to the McAninch Arts Center, on the south side of the building.
Is there consideration for patrons with special needs?
Accessibility is a priority at the MAC. Mobility-impaired seating and hearing assistance devices are available through the Box Office. For Americans With Disabilities Act accommodations, call 630.942.2141 (voice) or 630.858.9692 (TDD). Wheelchair seating is available, as is handicapped parking.
Where can I park? Is parking free?
Free parking is available in all campus lots. The lot nearest the theater is labeled Fawell A on the campus map. Handicapped parking and parking for buses is available.
On performance days, when does the MAC open?
The lobby and box office opens 90 minutes before show-time. The house opens for seating about 30 minutes previous to curtain time.

At the MAC

What is the late seating policy?
Late seating occurs at the discretion of house management and varies on a per-performance basis.
Are cameras allowed in the theater?
No, photographs and recording of any kind is prohibited in the theaters.
Is there a coat check?
Yes, and it is free!
Are concessions available during performances?
They are! There is a full bar and concession area in the newly renovated lobby of the MAC.
